Build massive arms & a gigantic chest by working your… legs?

If you want to build a monstrous chest and massive arms then this short article will show you exactly how you can accomplish that… without… spending any extra time working those specific muscles out.

In fact, I will show you how to build a big chest and arms by working your LEGS!

Does this sound like I don’t know what I’m talking about?

Many bodybuilders and weight lifters think so. But it is why they still have limp noodle arms and a scrawny chest.

You see, most trainees spend too much time doing isolation exercises for their arms and chest in an attempt to build a bigger upper body…

Why is this bad?

This is a poor way to do things because one of the primary factors of muscle growth is making sure you jack up your levels of growth hormone, testosterone, and other “body chemicals”… this is what signals your body to “build more muscle NOW!”

The absolute best way to raise the levels of these chemicals in your body is by intense exercise that involves your WHOLE body (or as much of it as possible)… and not just certain parts (like you would do with pure isolation exercises for your arms or chest).

So when trainees focus too much on doing lots of different exercises for their arms… and a lot of different exercises for their chest… they’re only working out small muscle groups and not putting their body under enough stress to signal muscle growth.

So what’s the answer?

The secret is to work out ALL of the muscles in your body as often as possible. Focusing primarily on the biggest muscles of your body (because this will put it under more stress — stimulating more chemicals to be released). Like your legs and back and THEN your chest, arms, etc.

The best way to do this is to start with compound (multi-joint) exercises like the Squat and deadlift before moving on to isolation exercises like specific arm exercises (curls, etc) and chest exercises (dumbbell flies, etc).

So, if you want to build a shirt-popping chest and hulk-like arms then you need to work out your LEGS… follow the guidelines above and you’re sure to start building new muscle almost overnight!

Have You Had It With Dog Chewing?

Family No Comments
by Lacy Holly

Have you come home to find one too many of your designer shoes chewed up and have had it with dog chewing? Well you have certainly come to the right place.

In this article I will go over why your dog loves to chew and how you can stop dog chewing once and for all. It’s about time right? At least for the sake of your shoes and furniture.

First off, this may be a shocker, but it is actually very natural for dogs to chew on things and it is really a passion for them. At least you now know he isn’t doing it out of revenge because you didn’t give him that dog treat he wanted this morning.

It is vital to stop dog chewing as soon as possible because over time it can actually turn quite dangerous. For example, chewing through an electrical wire or getting into poison.

At least we can narrow down the causes of your dog’s chewing habit to a few possible scenarios. One cause may be due to boredom. This will lead your dog to chew just to entertain himself. If you find this to be the case, make sure to give your dog plenty of safe chew toys.

Separation anxiety could also be a large contributing factor. If you are gone all day and your dog is left alone, at least put on the radio or the television to keep him some company.

Your dog would probably rather watch Animal Planet than soap operas. However, anything is better than nothing.

If your dog is a puppy he is probably teething right now and this is what spurred the dog chewing problem in the first place. Make sure you take care of this problem quickly because this is the time that habits are developed, which will be harder to break later on.

Dogs can also chew out of fear. Make sure there is nothing that is causing undue stress or fear in your dog.

Comfort him as much as possible and if there is something scary that goes on while you are away from home, try and alleviate that in any way you can.

Again, turning on the television can help at this point as well. No matter what, keep in mind that he is not chewing to make you angry or to ruin your things.

So deal with your dog chewing problem with patience and love and you will get results.
