Get Your Infertility Symptoms Right before Getting Pregnant
Posted by: Esther Ledger in Family, tags: FamilyMore and more young, healthy married couples are thinking of having a baby since most of them have been married over a year. With such strong and healthy bodies, the thought of female infertility has not crosses their minds until their doctor confirmed the diagnosis.
Although most of the lab’s test that came back indicates that the male might not be the one having infertility issues, often it is the female may are having this problem. In spite of this, female infertility may seem a sharp blow in the face but as their doctor explained. It is not the end of their planned chapter on parenthood; in fact it is just the beginning of a new chapter.
Some doctors upon knowing this is female infertility issues, they will took a detailed medical and family history to find out if there were any other symptoms of female infertility lurking around. Some symptoms they found are:
Having absent or irregular menstrual cycle
There are few women experiencing a full 28-day cycle; with many of their periods only once a couple of months. Any menstrual cycle less than the 24-day cycle or more than 35-day is considered not regular.
The female ovulation is not regular each month
One can prevent female infertility by calculating when she ovulates, since there is a 24-hour window period where she is most fertile. As some say that if the menstrual cycle is regular, the woman must be ovulating, but this is incorrect as not all women ovulate every cycle.
Does the family history played an important in female infertility?
From your family tree, you may found out that your mom had trouble conceiving you; this may give you a higher chance of female infertility.
Your age matters
So long women have quality eggs in them; it makes no difference whether their age is early 30s to mid-40s. However, when they are mid-30s, the number of eggs they produces each cycle will decline. This will prevent pregnancy as compared to a woman in her early 20s.
Is it often that stress is causing infertility?
When couples are diagnosed that they are suffering from infertility treatment, their stress levels will often go up. Why are they having stress, the reason is due to the fact that they thought they can everything in advance. They think it is easy to have kids. When they come to realize this, they will know never to take conception for granted.
If you want to make conception harder, then you should start punishing yourself by asking those self-blaming questions. Otherwise, please do not torture yourself. Medical science is so advanced that more and more miracle babies are being born yearly.
