How My New Weight Loss Program Was Developed

Let me tell you a story…

I’ve received tons of emails over the years, most are from satisfied customers who made a choice and tried out one of my health guides. The ones that surprised me the most was when they tell me that aside from curing them of their sickness, they also lost weight on the side.

I remember thinking, “Wow, that’s swell. But how in the world did that happen?”

As I received more and more emails from satisfied (and now slimmer) customers, I started to notice a pattern - they had bought my programs that involved exercises to aid breathing, such as my Headache and Migraine Relief Program, The Fibromyalgia Program and other programs.

At first, I couldn’t make the connection. Why did the breathing exercises make my customers lose weight? I wrestled with that question for a long time, looking for answers in medical journals, health books, and the internet, but to no avail.

The funny thing is, the answer came to me when I was in a gorgeous hardwood forest in northern Pennsylvania.

While on a camping trip there, I was pondering the question. During those times, I was frustrated at how hard it was to make my campfire higher. The fire burned too slowly and produced more smoke than heat. No amount of wood could make it burn higher.

Then, all of sudden, a strong wind blew over the campfire - and it flared up immediately.

that’s when it finally hit me.

I realized that my customers lost weight because the breathing exercises brought more oxygen into their bodies. I found out that to burn anything, you need three things: heat, fuel, and oxygen.

Our bodies already have heat and fuel (some with more fuel than others, unfortunately). I theorized that increasing the amount of oxygen into the system will let the body burn more fat.

So I set out to work. I gathered all the exercises I had in my program that aided breathing and asked for volunteers who were willing to test them. They started to lose weight steadily. As days went by, they also mentioned that they did some exercises differently, making the exercises work even better for them.

I wrote down every bit of wisdom that came from these great people. Little by little, their feedback shaped my new Weight Loss Program.

I can’t begin to tell you how effective my new Weight Loss Program turned out to be. Not only did my customers tell me their pounds fell off faster than they’d ever seen before.
