One of the worst cosmetics problems that women face, is that of cellulite removal. Its that ugly fat that is set close to the outer layers of skin, the one that wrinkles and gives us that ugly “orange Peel’ look that bothers us so much. Cellulite appears right bellow the waist and goes straight to the thighs, which means we can’t wear shorts, skirts or anything that shows our legs off because they look like old blue cheese. Is this a condition that only affects women that are overweight? Unfortunately “NO.” It affects women from all walks of life and all sizes, so you could be the slimmest woman in the world and still have cellulite.
How does Cellulite occur? Cellulite is a process in which fat is collected in the lower layers of the skin. These fat deposits then brush up against and are pushed by the muscles making the skin take on an odd puckered look, sort of dimpled looking. What causes it? We still don’t really know what causes cellulite, or even why some women are more prone to getting it than others. It is believed that the cause is the structure of the cells, and the way each person’s cells are structured.
The Solution Science really has no answers as to what causes cellulite and therefore doesnt have any real answers for cellulite removal. This is probably why anyone from the cosmetics industry can lay claims to the effectiveness of their product in curing cellulite. There are even many cosmetic clinics that offer skin therapy and massage therapy which, they claim, gets rid of cellulite, but in reality only hides the problem.
In Severe Cases - For very serious cases liposuction becomes an option in cellulite removal treatment, but it is an expensive option. Even then liposuction is recommended for deeper fats and in most cases doesn’t work very well for cellulite.
Cellulite Removal through Cosmetics Many cosmetic makers believe their creams help remove that pesky cellulite, but really it only helps mask the problem. Although cosmetic products are known to help in cellulite removal, they need help from other areas too.
The best treatment for cellulite is diet and exercise. The right diet and drinking lots of water, will get rid of the toxins in your body and help eliminate those fat deposits in the buttock and thigh area.
